You say you have no time for exercise, and that you are bottom of the heap when it comes to things you have to do today.  You’re busy looking after everyone and everything, before you look after yourself.

 

These demands on your time could be your work, your children, your parents, your house, your social life… the list is endless.

 

You may even   look after next doors dog, before you look after yourself. (OMG)

But here’s the truth about your Time.

 

If an emergency happened, you would DROP EVERYTHING to deal with it.

 

If your house was on fire you would immediately get to it.

 

If one of your family was involved in an accident, you would NEVER say you don’t have time to help them.

 

 

 

 

If you think you are short of time, try changing your focus. Change how you think about what you’re trying to do.

 

  • If you’re aiming for 3 classes a week, cut it down.
  • If you’re trying to cook diet meals for you and something else for all the family, find healthy recipes for all of you so you only cook once.
  • Batch cook and freeze. Its more time efficient.
  • If you don’t have time to walk for an hour, walk for 10 mins instead.
  • If you are too tired at the end of the day to exercise, try this. Get up 15 mins earlier and get a head start. I have some brilliant 15min workouts!
  •  Figure out your time drains.  How much time do you spend looking at your phone, for example, or watching TV?  ALL that time could be spent on your feet.
