I rarely bother you on a Monday. But today’s different as I have some news which might surprise you. After 29 years of teaching face-to-face classes, I am making some big changes.
HERE’S MY BIG NEWS
Please read this if you and I have ever worked together face to face. I am leaving my classes at Feeling Fabulous Club in Trefnant. My last session there is on March 30th. This is because we are relocating to Shropshire in early April. Please be assured. I will be CONTINUING with On Demand Workouts on Facebook and with this Newsletter. Read the Story hereFeeling Fabulous Club was my creation in 2011, and it has run successfully and continuously since then. Moving away, and closing it in its current form has been a very difficult decision. After many years working in the fitness industry, in 2011 I hit upon a magic formula for fitness & weight loss classes that actually WORKED for people. I worked extremely hard to develop and refine it so it gave its members the exact right tools for weight loss, whilst revving up their mojo to get fabulous results of every sort. They lost inches, and weight, whilst having fun and making new friends along the way. My members not only came regularly to classes, without excuses but they were also armed with all the tools to get the weight off quickly and easily without dieting – or feeling guilty when they had a meal out.
Feeling Fabulous Club absolutely did what it said on the tin. It has been so much more than “just classes”. I have met and helped so many completely fabulous people there over the last 11 years, many are now personal friends. And it has been so much FUN for me!
I am truly grateful to everyone who currently is, or was, a part of my FFClub. I wish to thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
I know many of my fabulous ladies are very sad indeed to see it go, in its current form – it’s been an absolute lifeline for some ladies, helping them through very difficult periods in their lives.
I didn’t make the decision either quickly or lightly. I am sad too, and only sorry that it cannot continue as it has been.
You can still work with me.Nothing lasts forever. It’s time for a change for Dave, Ruby, and me. We have decided to move out of Wales, across the border to Shrewsbury. We need a lifestyle change, and also to be closer to our daughters. But I am not giving up work. I am simply taking all my experience, skills, and expertise with me to continue to inspire and keep people fit 100% Online. And I shall be continuing to bring you fresh and inspiring Newsletters and Blogs each week. So, On-Demand Workouts with Noelle will continue, and grow. People will not only be able to continue working with me, getting fantastic little workouts to do whenever they fit all, all for less than the price of a cuppa each week. But they will also get to see the inside of our new home in Shrewsbury!

“Ooh, I REALLY need this!”That’s what they said on Wednesday evening as I announced to my online crew that I was bringing them a Hip & Lower Back Mobility session.
I LOVED teaching that Hip & Lower Back Mobility session. It was a lovely soft, melty, therapeutic kind of 30mins.
I was tired before I started.
But it really revived me. AND it’s getting great feedback too. It seems a lot of my lovely members feel a bit stiff in the hips and lower back. Many have already said they will revisit it many times.
