  Switch on your MOTIVATION now!  
 “How can I just GET MOTIVATED? It’s just not working for me, and I find excuses all the time”.   This is an easy one to fix btw. 
I hear this a lot. And if it’s you then your motivation is switched to OFF. It’s not your fault – you’ve just been overthinking things. It’s very common.
Read this and switch it ON today! 

“How can I just GET MOTIVATED? It’s just not working for me, and I find excuses all the time”.   Here’s what to do to fire up your motivation and start getting weight loss results fast. 

Motivation is intangible. It’s not any of the following things…
It’s not joining a slimming club like Weight Watchers or Slimming World.
It’s not buying a recipe book or a diet plan.
It’s not joining a gym or signing up for classes.
It’s not even spending a 4-figure sum on a top-of-the-range Personal Trainer.
Nope.
Motivation is not anything you can buy.
Motivation is something far more interesting than anything you can spend your £££s on.
Motivation is feeling.
It’s pure emotion. It’s a brain response. It’s a thought. A whispy bit of something in the back of your head. And it is THERE … all the time ….
(If you don’t believe me, then yours is actually switched to OFF at the moment.
and it’s pretty simple to switch it to ON).
Think of motivated people. I mean REALLY motivated people, who seem unstoppable.
Think of an Olympian, a winner. Think of the woman who’s lost stones in weight and cured herself of type 2 Diabetes. Think of the unknown but incredibly talented musician, an Ed Sheeran if you like, who tentatively puts their music out there – with breath baited …
ALL of those people have one thing in common.
They all have an emotional connection to their goals. And want the FEELING of succeeding in their goals.
The Olympian doesn’t talk about the cost of her coach. She talks of the feeling of wearing her country’s flag standing on the podium (oh wow, just think).
The woman who has turned her health around doesn’t rate her recipe book. Rather she talks of the feeling of having her energy back, a spring in her step again … and getting loads of compliments (oooh yes please).
Musicians who have “made it” don’t talk about how much their equipment cost. Oh no. They think about how they felt when they first heard their music on the radio (can you imagine!!).
 Use these steps – switch on your Mojo FAST! 
If your mojo is missing, please do the following.  It’s a very very simple, and pleasurable motivation mindset technique. 
Connect DEEPLY with how you will feel when you’ve done it … that thing …  whatever it is, that you want to do.

 

If you want to achieve weight loss, how
will you FEEL when your clothes are looser, your rings spin on your finger, your belt needs to move in a few notches.
What will it be like when your self-confidence is back, and you feel you can walk across a crowded room without wanting to hide.
How will you feel when you don’t bloat every evening, and you don’t crave crisps and chocolate.
What will it be like to hear your best friend’s comments when she sees you looking happy and healthy.
What will you think when you see your new self in a photo. Or when people say “Oh wow, you look fabulous,
what have you been up to?”
Connect with thoughts like that – and those feelings – OFTEN.
How will it feel WHEN ….??
Imagine it, dream it, see it, hear it, almost taste it …
