This naturally slim client came to me, carrying too much weight. Her problem was FOOD.  She knew what she needed to change what she was eating,  but she just wasn’t doing it.   She needed a Plan, and she needed Accountability.    In fact, she needed some weapons to just enable her to attack the problem.

With my help, and my regular workouts, this lovely client got back on track with her weight, to the size and shape she is meant to be.  We were both delighted!

 

Here’s my 6 Weapons for Weight Loss.  A 6 Point Plan to change your eating to achieve successful weight loss.

 

Remember … its always about what you put into your body, so that’s where the focus lies.

 

TIP 1. 
Organise your week’s food. Buy in plenty of healthy stuff – fruit, good quality veg, proper bread, healthy snacks, greek yogurt, muesli breakfast.

TIP 2.

To stop you from over-buying and wasting expensive food, rather than taking it a day at a time, try making a menu for the whole week. Its what I do. If you do this it’ll save you both time and money. Dig out your recipe books, or get on Google for easy healthy plant-based recipes.  You just buy for those recipes and meals.

Planning ahead with meals is the best way to successful weight loss.
TIP 3
Remember, you’re making a Change so that you make a change.  Let this be your weight loss mantra. Its another of your best weapons at the moment. Without making change you will simply stay the same – or get worse. When you make change you will feel different – and that’s GOOD!
TIP 4 

Remember, it takes 6 weeks to form a habit. Rome, as they say, wasn’t built in a day.
TIP 5

If you have an “off day” with eating and exercise – maybe a holiday, or a celebration, or you’re just tired … just get back on it as soon as you possibly can.

Maybe take half days at a time if it all feels too hard.  Make a little happy dance in your brain every time you continue to change for a half or full day.

 

TIP 6

Just keep going!  You CAN lose the fat that you hate.
