People make exercise and weight loss SO flippin’ complicated. They put up so many barriers, obstacles, reasons and excuses. By doing all this, they are making their own health unattainable. And I HATE this.
Gotta join the right gym …
Gotta do the right diet …
Gotta get the right class …
Gotta be the right Instructor …
Gotta wear the right stuff …
Aaagh.

What if you fall off the wagon?
What if you wanna go out for a meal?
What if you don’t fit in?
What if you get it wrong?
What if you can’t work the gym machines ? (thats me btw)
What will the neighbours think?

With the right people
Oh and there has to be a carpark.
And that needs to be lit .…

It doesn’t have to be like that.
My golden rule is always to SIMPLIFY.
And then to simplify again.
Its just about getting moving, without thinking about it – if you stop and think about it you’ll make an excuse or think of a reason not to do it.
Just start. Go for a walk, every day. Everything else will then fall into place because you will allow it to, because you instantly feel better and want to be better.
You’ll then start to eat more healthily like “JR” did in this weeks Breakthrough Moments.
The first thing to do is just start, And that can begin with a chat.
