Well, not completely – but you should maybe not think of it as losing weight, but actually just get healthier instead. 

Dieting is about what you cannot have … abstinence, suffering. 

Health is about feeling better, more energy, more sparkle. Its nicer!

Lets get to grip with “fabulous & healthy”, which means doing more stuff like this;

  • 💛 Healthy eating lovely real food 

  • 💛 3 meals a day for constant energy and good mood

  • 💛 Walking every day is good for legs, bum & soul

  • 💛 Alcohol free days most days, for better brain and skin

  • 💛 Treats are just that – to be enjoyed, but its not Christmas every day! 

When you look at weight loss through the lens of true physical and emotional health, rather than depriving yourself, it starts to get loads easier and fun!
