SUPER MAN

This is a classic lower back exercise, to strengthen and build core control. We do these a lot in my workouts. Its a classic – the “Superman” 

➡️ Lift & lower opposite arm / leg slowly, body height max.

➡️ Pad knees if necessary.

➡️ Perform 20-30x  2-3x week.
