We were away last weekend visiting our daughter and her husband in London.  A fabulous time was had, with loads going on.  She cooked us plenty of lovely healthy meals.  She also made us one of my favourite things – a baked cheesecake.
I haven’t had any for absolutely ages, so it was a real treat!
Our lovely daughter didn’t want to eat it all herself    So she gave us a doggy bag to bring home    #wisemoveonherpart.

Many people have 3-4 x this amount at one sitting.

Indulging in high fat / high calorie foods in large amounts regularly WILL contribute to weight gain … and all of the associated health risks which come along with it.

We had this much each, for 2 days running. Thats a huge treat for us.  Tbf, we probably won’t have it again for some time!

But I will tell you that eating too much of the wrong foods WILL make you fatter, sluggish and unhealthy.

Cheesecake is high in fats and refined sugars. Desserts like this should not be an everyday food … unless you want to make your waistline expand … which I don’t think you do.
