Well, I wasn’t as good as I should’ve been at this. “Room for improvement” they’d say, haha.
It was the “Challenge” section in the FATBURNER & SHOULDERS workout last week in On-Demand Workouts with Noelle.  Other options were available for those who didn’t fancy it.
It’s part of the “inchworm” move for the shoulders, core, and abs.
  • Get to this position.
  • Take weight into your arms NOT on your head.
  • Then jump back to plank.
  • Repeat, repeat, repeat!
