Sometimes we all feel a bit drained, and low.

Listen to your favourite music. Sing loud (and badly if you’re me). Dance like a fool.

Get outside, in nature. Fell the earth under your feet. Stand tall. Then, just for a moment, raise your gaze to the sky, close your eyes. Then take 5 big slow breaths.

Remember exactly why you’re doing what you’re doing what you’re doing. For me its always about feeling like I have purpose, and feeling self confident and strong enough to carry it out.

Tell someone you love them. And mean it. Feel the love catapulting right back at you
