Time to Shine

Sometimes we all feel a bit drained, and low. 

Whether it’s Monday, mid-week, or mid-housework, we all sometimes need to find a boost to get back-on-track with everything that we need to do.

Here are 5 top tips to get your Energy burning bright  again…

  • Listen to your favourite music.  Sing loud (and badly if you’re me). Dance like a fool. 

  • Get outside, in nature. Fell the earth under your feet. Stand tall. Then, just for a moment, raise your gaze to the sky, close your eyes. Then take   5    big   slow   breaths. 

  • Remember exactly why you’re doing what you’re doing what you’re doing.  For me its always about feeling like I have purpose, and feeling self confident and strong enough to carry it out. 

  • Tell someone you love them. And mean it. Feel the love catapulting right back at you
