Whether its lack of time or you simply have the motivation focus of a gnat,  not exercising enough is a real thing that really happens to real people.  

Here’s how to get moving, getting started with a few bits first thing, whilst employing (almost) zero effort. Yes, really. 

 

  1. Before you get out of bed – stretch e v e r y t h i n g – arms back, whole body long. Can you straighten your legs and push your heels out?  
  2. When you use your underarm deodorant, stretch the arm right up. Can you straighten the elbow?  
  3. When you clean your teeth, can you balance on 1 leg (careful!)?  
  4. Before you do your hair, can you roll both shoulders to the back – at the same time? 
  5. Just before you leave your bedroom, can you draw both shoulder blades down your back as if you’re folding your wings in?
