Tired all the time

Sometimes, basically, I feel cream crackered. 

Coaching can be depleting – constantly giving of my emotions. energy and time. My tank empties, and I lose muscle, drive, energy and my smile. 

When that happens I stand in front of a mirror and ask myself why … although deep down, I already know what I need to do. 

Recharging myself means getting extra strict with myself on these particular habits:

  • Superhydrating by 3x-ing my water intake
  • Sleeping more, snuggling down earlier
  • Eating less cake, drinking less beer
  • Walking more
  • Doing more of what I learn every week in Yoga 

I am 100% certain the accumulation of those small(ish) changes brings me back to life every time. 

When it comes to having va va voom, health is way more important than weight
