A coach once said this to me. There’s a gulf between what the public actually knows about weight loss and what a PT like me thinks they probably know. 

So today I bring you these fabulous fitness facts, which to me, (with my 32 years’ experience of being a Personal Trainer and helping women 40+ lose weight and tone up) are blindingly obvious – but its possible you may not know them.

  • You will only lose weight if you consume fewer calories than you use.
  • If you do this by dieting, statistically you will fail.
  • If you do it by changing the type of calories you ingest, PLUS getting up on your feet and moving a LOT more often, you will Change Everything.
