By joining Feeling Fabulous Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions.<\/p>\n
Membership costs \u00a359 per month<\/strong>, payable in advance.<\/p>\n Payment is collected automatically each month on or around the anniversary of your joining date.<\/p>\n Your membership renews monthly until you choose to cancel.<\/p>\n There is no minimum membership period.<\/p>\n Feeling Fabulous Club provides access to the membership benefits described on the website, which may include:<\/p>\n Sessions and resources may be updated periodically. Any significant changes to your membership will be communicated in advance.<\/p>\n You may cancel your membership at any time, with no cancellation fee or minimum commitment.<\/p>\n To cancel, please use the cancellation facility provided with your membership or contact Noelle directly using the contact details on the website.<\/p>\n Cancellation will stop future recurring payments. You will retain access until the end of your current paid membership period.<\/p>\n Payments already made are not normally refunded for unused portions of a membership period, except where required by law.<\/p>\n Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n Feeling Fabulous Club provides general guidance, education, motivation and support relating to exercise, nutrition, healthy living and wellbeing.<\/p>\n Whilst advice and recommendations are given regarding diet and exercise, you are responsible for using your own judgement and discretion about what is appropriate for your individual circumstances, health, fitness and abilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n You agree to:<\/p>\n Participation in exercise and implementation of recommendations involve some inherent risks. Whilst we seek to minimise risk, you are responsible for making informed decisions about your participation.<\/p>\n The information and guidance provided are not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.<\/p>\n Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.<\/p>\n Every member is different, and results will depend on individual circumstances, participation and consistency.<\/p>\n No particular weight loss, fitness improvement or health outcome is guaranteed.<\/p>\n Live sessions are scheduled in advance, but occasionally dates or times may need to change.<\/p>\n Where practical, reasonable notice will be given.<\/p>\n Monthly Reset sessions will be recorded and made available to members. Members will be informed when recording takes place and may choose not to share their camera or microphone.<\/p>\n Your membership is for your personal use only.<\/p>\n Workout videos, recordings and other resources must not be shared, copied, distributed or made available to non-members without permission.<\/p>\n\n
