Weight loss
is what SO many want.
I hear it at work, in the pub, at the hairdressers, on the street, in the changing rooms, out at dinner, on holiday, at the supermarket, with clients on the phone …..
Everywhere.
Its on people lips.
Nope …
It’s flippin’ well on people’s HIPS! 😱
So many people are not getting results, despite trying to do the right thing.
Maybe they’ve joined a Gym.
Started Zumba.
Joined weight watchers or slimming world.
Using slim-fast – missing meals – eating salad.
Trying to get more active
Fitbits bought and Goals set.
Wanting nice toned arms, 3 inches off the waist, to drop a couple of dress-sizes, and flatten the belly. Plus have more energy, sleep better, get maybe get self confidence back.
They started at the start of the year ….
And STILL NO RESULTS.
Why not?

You cannot out train a bad diet. 🍩
I’ll say it again.

Meaning, if you’re eating and/or drinking the wrong stuff, you won’t get those lovely shape and tone results you want simply by moving more.
Ok ok someone somewhere will do it. But the majority really won’t. The results won’t come permanently and for real if your either dieting or simply moving more.
The majority
will just
become the “fat fit”. 🙊
They’ll get fitter, but not necessarily get the other stuff they really want – probably more than the fitness.
If its all sounding horribly familiar please TRY THIS INSTEAD
1. Do an HONEST food diary for a whole week– everything you eat and drink. Try not to let it change you. Do it as you go through the day – recall at the end of the day isn’t good enough.
2. Analyse it carefully after 1 week – marking with red pen (teacher style) all the stuff you know you shouldn’t have had. And most people do know what they shouldn’t have. Do this with a friend if possible. Someone who will get real with you but has your best interests at heart. (ask for help!)
3. Then make a Deal with yourself. Decide which of the red stuff you’re prepared to either give up, OR cut down on.
Then just do it.
Make a change. xxx 💃💥😍
