Has your spark gone out?

Ever watched someone do something a bit bonkers for a good cause and thought, “I wish I had that kind of get-up-and-go?” Blimey,  Radio 2’s Sara Cox has it, running for Children in Need recently. She’s run straight into the history books.  

It’s easy to think those big, brave challenge efforts are for celebs or fit folks. But honestly, every single one of us has that spark tucked away. Sometimes it just needs a nudge (or a kick up the bum 😉) to get going.

  • Start small. One walk, one workout, one healthy food swap—today. No need for Lycra or a TV crew.
  • Find your reason. Maybe it’s health, feeling better, or just proving to yourself that you can!  
  • Lean on your community. Whether it’s family, your bezzie mates,  or joining my Feeling Fabulous Blueprint, you’re stronger with support. 

You don’t need to run for miles, breaking yourself on live telly to make a difference to yourself. Small actions, done often, are what change everything.
