Attitude Issues?

Humans are darned awkward creatures, wired over the millennia for survival. When told we cannot have or do something, we might rebel – immediately, obsessively, wanting it more.

Sound familiar? 

All you need’s a Reframe  … just a pivot of attitude. 

Your “diet”.  By definition, that’s likely you telling yourself you cannot have crisps, cheese, pies …  (insert your own)

 

  • Tell yourself what you can have instead  
  • Make those things absolutely delicious
  • Find real food plant based recipes – like yesterday’s Moroccan Spaghetti 
  • Limit the UPFs

 

And your exercise.  Maybe you’re ambushed by time constraints, or your body just ain’t what it used to due to ageing knees, hips, balance … 🙈

 

  • Tell yourself what you can do instead 
  • Start small. A 5min walk, 2min up/down off your bottom step, or roll your shoulders back and lift your chest with a big breath in
  • Join an activity group ‘speshly for folks like you
  • Find any movement that makes you & your body smile
