If once the kids went back to school you had every intention to get started and get back on track with fitness and weight loss, it might not have happened.
What with the Royal Funeral, change in the weather, and now the news full of doom and gloom with the crashing economy and increasing household bills, you may have gone off track with your self care. And who can blame you!!
But the big question is, when do you start?
What needs to happen to get started with your health & fitness?
When do you lose that weight that you hate?
When will you stop making excuses to not exercise?
Here’s the answer.
Whatever is happening on TV, take some time aside to turn off the news, silence your News App, sit down with a notebook and do the following:
1. Write down what you’d like to achieve when it comes to your health, weight and fitness.
2. From that, write down what you realistically feel you could still achieve this year.
3. Write down what you would need to start doing to make it happen.
4. Write down what you would need to change to make it happen.
5. Pick the first 3 things you feel comfortable to start doing it from tomorrow onwards.
6. Plan and prepare for it.
7. Start on TOMORROW!
