6 ways to be unhealthy

All around, I spot women committing crimes against health:

🤯 Choosing an unhealthy lunch too often.
🤯 Liking and sharing some Facebook video where a millennial seemingly made of wire and muscle tells them how to exercise during menopause.
🤯 Sitting down when they could be standing up. 
🤯 Declaring they’re a failure in front of 3 billion active people (ie, on Facebook).
🤯 Laughing that – yet again – they’ve succumbed to yet another takeaway.
🤯 Accepting a larger clothes size, even though that’s breaking a promise made earlier this year. 

Delve into your deepest wisdom and experience. 
Ask yourself if your choices are the best you could make.

In summary, resist the temptation to just do more of the original stuff that caused the hated muffin top in the first place. 

Down that path lies frumpiness and failure, and I know you’re more fabulous than that.
