Everything is changing so fast out there. I know the current difficult Coronavirus situation will be affecting each and every one of you – physically, emotionally, financially. But I am here to help. I want you to know that I will be trying my best to help you STAY well, healthy and positive, and able to keep a balanced view of unfolding events … and not panic.
We CAN still do plenty to help ourselves and others during the Covid-19 outbreak – this assuming we are not poorly or vulnerable, and in no way wanting to trivialise the impact this virus will have on all of us:
🌱 follow all guidelines
🌱 stay fit and well now
🌱 eat a 🌈 of fruit & veg every day
🌱 decrease alcohol
🌱 get plenty sleep
🌱 get active outdoors ☀️
🌱 check on others at risk – and stay in touch with them as much as possible
