“I contacted Noelle when I was in a difficult and sad time in my life following the loss of a parent to dementia only for my surviving parent to be diagnosed shortly after, with the same heartbreaking illness.  Home, work and family issues were also ‘challenging’.  I felt like I’d lost ‘me’ somewhere in the middle of it all. 

I remember feeling nervous when I made that first call and now feel foolish as Noelle couldn’t have been more caring and supportive from the outset, I just knew I’d made the right decision and embarked on a 3 month personal training programme. 

When I was introduced to Tess, she was great, always encouraging and we chatted…a lot, but that was also part of the process.  

My story was not about weight loss, I was quite literally an 8.3 stone weakling and had little interest in food. I really lacked upper body strength and even needed help to change the king size duvet – that really annoyed me!     

I’ll be honest, the first 4 weeks I struggled to ‘get it’ and I guess we all expect change to happen overnight but change takes time and effort and once I did put that effort in, I started to reap the rewards and saw some changes both in physical form but more importantly in ‘me’.  

From the regular emails and catch up calls, I learnt so much especially about nutrition, simple tips to set my path of a healthier future. 

I couldn’t do one press, I now can do 5 (not a great achievement but one I’m personally proud of).  Gone from using a 2 kg weight to 5 kg and looking to go heavier! I couldn’t do one CPR 3 years ago, but had no trouble during a recent First Aid course. 

I’m stronger than I’ve been since secondary school years.  I’ve feel empowered that I don’t need to ask for help but more importantly to me, my mental health is ‘healthier’….so thank you Noelle and especially Tess – thanks x”

Feeling Fabulous Online has really worked for me. I’ve tried other methods and have lost weight, but always get bored, or slip up and then it all comes back on. I think what has really helped me this time is having someone who is honest with you. There are no quick fixes & if you want the results you have to work for them. I have found the mojo videos the most help, especially as two weeks into the programme I was put on a detox regime by my doctor for my migraines. Despite having to take time out on my bad days I have still managed to follow the programme & steadily lose weight. My next challenge is maintaining my new weight once I get there but I feel much more confident that this time I will.  So far I’ve lost a stone in 2 months”

I was stuck. Feeling frustrated. I’d lost 4 stone but just couldn’t seem to get any further. I needed help before I lost heart. A few emails and a phone chat later and in ran Noelle (literally!) I first heard about Noelle and the Feeling Fabulous Club (FFC) from a friend of mine, we used to go walking together (well it was more of a saunter than a walk). I told her that wanted to lose some weight and most of all I wanted to get fit. I explained that I didn’t really have the motivation and I was lacking in confidence since an accident I had sustained and didn’t think I could manage to do the exercises.  I eventually plucked up the courage and decided to go along to one of Noelle’s ‘free taster classes’ and I loved it. Noelle and all the female members made me feel very welcome and they all encouraged me through my first class, I soon discovered that my fitness levels were not that good!

Before I joined I had lots of fears and misconceptions about weight loss/keep fit clubs, things like whether I would feel out of place, however, of my main concern was whether I could possibly achieve what I wanted to from the FFC …so, with Noelle’s expert advice, help and support I set some individual personal and achievable goals.

During the class sessions Noelle and the FFC members constantly reinforce the motivation needed to achieve your goals. Noelle provides each member with the tools you need to make the relevant lifestyle changes, one of her main focuses is on ‘mindset’ work, which is amazingly interesting and very helpful. Other advice offered is regarding healthy eating, there is an excellent recipe book which Noelle compiled herself, it is packed full of healthy and nutritious meal ideas. Noelle offers a weight monitoring session once a week, which I chose to do, I found this a great way of keeping track of my weight. There are 3 classes a week, with a large variety of exercises and workouts to music, plus Zumba. The good thing about the classes is you can work at your own pace and adapt the exercises to your own capabilities. The members vary in age, shape, size and ability, which is so reassuring, no one ever judges you! I soon discovered that everyone helps and encourages each other. My fitness levels soon improved and I now have a lot more stamina and vigor and consequently both my weight and measurements have reduced!

The FFC is not just a club for losing weight, keeping fit and healthy, it is so much more than that, it is a place where you are always made to feel welcome, supported and listened to.

It is a place where lifelong friendships are formed and most importantly it is a pathway to FEELING FABULOUS!

I first joined Feeling Fabulous Club back in November 2013. I wanted some weight loss and body confidence for my wedding in April 2014.   I found my weight loss journey an easy one with the help of Noelle and her team.  I really enjoyed every minute of my sessions.  I am not one for working out at the gym which is why I opted for Feeling Fabulous club.  The classes are always different but get the same results.  I was happy, healthy and fit.  My weight had dropped, my body shape had changed and I finally had the results I’d been after.  I can’t thank Noelle enough for her expertise knowledge and all her encouragement.  She really is a fabulous Trainer.

Having achieved what I wanted I stopped going to Club – I had childcare issues and work commitments.   It wasn’t long before I found that I missed these sessions immensely.    I felt that all the hard work and effort that I’d put in was slowly drifting away and I needed to get  a grip and get back on track.   Noelle got back in touch with me (she’s good like that, keeping tabs on you and making sure you are keeping active and healthy!) and we discussed my issues.  She’s very accommodating and we found a way that worked around my shift work and childcare which meant that I was able to re-join and get myself back to Feeling Fabulous club once again.  It was great to see all my old fitness friends, they are a lovely group of ladies and are very supportive.

Here I am two weeks into my 6 months membership at Noelle Watson’s Feeling Fabulous Club in Trefnant!  Who would have expected this 3 weeks ago(not me) when i accompanied my daughter- in-law to a social evening held by NOELLE WATSON!  The evening was very interesting. The ladies around me all seemed very friendly and welcoming. Nearing the end of the evening 3 members gave their experiences and reasons for joining this Keep Fit Club, and spoke of the enjoyment and satisfaction gained.

When the 3rd lady spoke she described perfectly how i felt at that moment and how i had been feeling for the last year! NOT going out, NOT getting dressed up, NOT enjoying everyday activities, NOT liking myself, NOT getting into my clothes …. and the list goes on, with  all statements beginning with NOT.

When i got home that evening all i could talk about was this lovely lady that ran this club. This chatter continued for two or three days. The question over that time was should I or shouldn’t  I?  With a little push from my husband i contacted the lovely lady(NOELLE ) went for my free taster keep fit class and loved it !!!!  The whole group are friendly chatty. I didn’t feel too self conscious and enjoyed every minute of that hour. The  28 day Eating Plan is great and easy to follow. I lost 4 lb in my first week and get weighed again tomorrow ( can’t wait ).

So for any lady out there who reads and researches NOELLE WATSON and what she teaches, and questions what she can really gain and achieve by joining Feeling Fabulous Club ….I can promise you, that like me you will quickly learn to eat proper food (not processed).

You asked me to describe the feeling of being a “new member” at Feeling Fabulous Club.  Well even though I’m only in my second week I don’t feel New ( my body tells me different ) but every member makes you feel so welcome! I remember my first day when I’d gone to the wrong venue and turned up 15 minutes late and stood outside the door, something told me to not turn around but to get In there.  I did and a beautiful lady held her hand out to me and said –  come on follow me – I’ve not looked back since and never did I ever imagine how much I would enjoy this me time.
I now think “what was all the fuss for ” but at the time, although I’m very confident in my profession, I think I was lacking in self believe that I could actually achieve something just for myself, I felt very embarrassed to actually admit “I needed help” (as I’m so used to helping others) and needed guidance from someone that talks MY language and understands how I feel!! But I know also now I’m not the only one who feels like this, seeing other members in their different stages of weight loss spurs me on to try harder! I see other members who are just the same as me.

Noelle, you have a very special gift that’s a unique talent in bringing the best out of people, in getting them to believe  in themselves and that they can lose weight! I contacted you in the first place as a last resort, feeling very unfit and unhealthy. I knew it was going to be a big commitment and since I’m not very good at sticking at anything I had serious reservations. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to myself on that occasion.

Our first meeting was mortifying- weighing, measuring, photos, really facing up to reality. However you were so constructive and enthusiastic working out ‘my Personal Training plan’ you left me feeling that I’d found my answer to success at last!

Having now finished my time with Feeling Fabulous Formula I’m so pleased with my results and feel equipped to carry on – I certainly don’t want to revert back to where I was.

From someone who hates exercise, Tessa somehow managed to make our Personal Training sessions good fun and never boring. There was always something different each week – who knew there were so many different exercises and who knew I could ‘plank’ for a minute!

It was hard work and was a huge commitment and I could have got much better results if I’d really stuck to healthy eating and exercised in between times but the improvements and mindset I now have are sustainable. I will keep going to get to where I want to be as opposed to just thinking about it, which is where I was pre Feeling Fabulous.

I can’t believe our sessions have finished, six months seemed like a long time to commit to see some one twice a week but I can honestly say you made it feel so comfortable and enjoyable it has flown by. I needed your help and support as over time without realising a little weight creeps on and then that has a knock on effect in how you feel about yourself. Buying clothes was no longer fun, special occasions stressful, photo’s a no-no.  Our sessions were tough love, just what I needed. I have started to enjoy exercise again and learn what I can do within the constraints of some medical problems. They were always a positive experience, and at the end of each session I felt so good. I initially contacted you because I had exhausted all other avenues in trying to lose weight for one thing, but more importantly because I wanted to feel healthy and regain my fitness.  The only reservation I had was the financial outlay. However I decided that investing so much might actually be a motivator and it was. On my Diamond Personal Training Package I lost inches and weight, now feel healthier and have no swollen ankles and lower blood pressure. Without the help, support and motivation from Stella I would not have achieved as much as I have. “I was fed up of being unfit. I always shied away from exercise as I thought that I was doing it ’wrong’ and I stayed away from fitness classes and the gym because I was too unfit to join in. I was embarrassed about my lack of fitness. I wanted to be a healthy and active mum who can keep up with her kids as they run around!

Contacting Noelle was a huge step for me- to admit that you need help with weight loss takes some courage!! However, the initial consultation questions Noelle asked me forced me to really look at myself and my lifestyle and I realised that things needed to change but that I would need guidance in doing so. My first conversation with Noelle was a very positive experience; she understood exactly what my issues were and convinced me that I would and could achieve my goals with her guidance. 

Having finished my Personal Training package with Stella, I now feel fitter than ever! I feel comfortable in my clothes knowing that I have lost fat in exchange for muscle. I no longer shy away from family outdoor activities, and physical activity no longer daunts me the way it used to. I used to avoid running at all costs as I knew I would be winded very quickly, however, after a few sessions, Stella taught me how to build up my stamina ( and confidence!) and gently encouraged me to complete a 5k run, which is my proudest achievement. 

What I loved most about Noelle’s fitness programme is that she ‘gets’ how women feel. The motivational and mindset emails were always what I needed to hear and almost at times felt that Noelle could read my mind!! (one of the email about ‘smugness after exercising’ made me put down my biscuit!!). For years I have attended gyms and classes and felt really stupid as I have found the exercises too complicated, struggled and ended up leaving as it was such a negative experience. It is only since I started Personal Training at my home with Noelle,  and attending the Feeling Fabulous Club in Trefnant,  that I have realised that it was as a result of exercises that did not match my ability. I was desperate to lose weight and I decided that I needed some help to achieve the results I wanted. After searching online for a package that would include a diet plan, exercise, and most importantly the motivation, which I lacked, I found Noelle Watson and the Feeling Fabulous Club.

I finally made the decision to put ‘me’ first and dedicate time for the exercise. At first, I thought of exercise as only a weight-loss tool, but since I started eight weeks ago, not only do I feel fitter and healthier, I feel happier, brighter, sharper and more alert, and I’ve also gained confidence.
The healthy eating regime has also changed my way of thinking about food, and although it took me a while to get used to, by taking it literally day by day, I now prefer choosing a healthier option, as I can now taste the sugar/chemicals in processed foods!

The Purple Plodder

This week (my second week) I wore my purple snazzy gym wear and matching new trainers so keen to progress up that hill with Noelle. I was so annoyed that it left me breathless 3/4 of the way up the week before. Well I was thrilled to make it to the top and with my matching purple face with my snazzy wear even more thrilled to do it twice.   That’s after two weeks!

For me this Personal Training journey is about making a difference to my life. I’ve hit 60 and I do not want a miserable old age where I start to see things decline because I didn’t have the time to look after me. I have spent a lifetime seriously caring for others and this is my time now.

My life is no less busy. I haven’t retired or changed anything apart from changing my day and evening to include active time and cutting out some food and drink that cause me health problems. I’m seeing results in my weight loss of over 5lb on my 5ft 1 stocky frame and feeling slimmer and fitter already.

I have not experienced the dreadful reflux that I used to live with (dangerously I have realised it can have shocking consequences) for two weeks. As a result I’m sleeping better and I’m feeling so much better already in myself.

I’m able to bend down to pick things up!

I’m not ready to tell the world yet.  I want to do this to gradually get myself in a place where people start to say ‘you are looking well’ without knowing I’ve been trying.

So for the next few weeks I’ll share my journey and new found happiness with colours. So I’m the Purple Plodder at the moment aiming to change colour in a month to pink.  I might come out into the open when June is busting out all over  …. and hopefully, I’m not!

I have struggled to lose  excess weight since the last  10 years , losing some, gaining more -typical yo-yo! I started Noelle Watson’s online weight loss package in December and by March I have lost 20 lbs.  I now enjoy food , don’t feel denied and never hungry! I worried when I got to my goal how I was going to stay at this weight and I always think this is the tricky bit as most dieters start gaining again but so far I haven’t gained a 1lb -if I over indulge I just start eating healthily again.I do love wine , chips , chocolate but they are a treat -now and again , not very often and that’s fine !Nothing feels better than getting into clothes a couple of dress sizes less! A big thank you for letting me be a part of this wonderful community. I now understand why it is called Feeling Fabulous Club because that is exactly how I feel. I have to be honest and say that my initial goals and expectations were completely weight loss related. I now know that for me focusing on the numbers on the scale is not the right approach and I have had to get over this, which wasn’t easy at first. It can be disheartening and in the past has been the reason I have given up. However I quickly realised after just a few weeks of attending these sessions, that I had been missing the whole point and that exercise had far more to offer than just weight loss. I quickly noticed a difference in my fitness and this has improved significantly over these last few months. I have noticed how much easier I find going about my day to day activities, walking up Vale Street, Denbigh pushing a buggy, running around after a 2 year old, all of these things so much easier and now enjoyable too. I have more energy, sleep better, have been complimented lots on my skin glowing and looking leaner. People ask if I have lost weight and I smile and say no but I have lost quite a few inches! 

The women I have met during my time here are fabulous and are one of the reasons I am enjoying the sessions. It has been great following the progress and successes of the group, it is really inspiring. 

Gail is a fantastic trainer and has a way of pushing us in a really encouraging and supportive way and always with a great big smile on her face! I have loved every session, the variety makes it interesting and I look forward to Mondays and Thursday evenings as they are just a little bit of me time every week.

I have always been extremely active and determined and fitness was an integral part of my life. I was a size 10 and it never fluctuated. The past few years however I have noticed a difference. Whereas before 45 I could eat what I wanted and remain the same weight, now I gain pounds just looking at a piece of cake! I started training with Noelle a few months ago (because I was hating the way I looked and felt) and I LOVE it! Noelle is extremely motivating, knowledgeable and fun. My sessions are tailored to me and my body and my mind-set, they are varied and Noelle constantly teaches me new ways of working out, stretching and staying in tune with my body. Noelle works me hard twice a week, cares about the fitness regime I have for the other days of the week and advises me on nutrition.  I recommend Noelle to everyone. Give it a go!

 It’s brilliant to have a personal trainer come to your home, the excuses not go train today go out of the window, Noelle is coming so you have to get your brain into exercise mode. The feeling when you achieve results is such a high. You can’t let Noelle down so you do your homework & follow the excellent eating plan on which you feel full all the time. It is expensive but worth every penny, I can’t recommend Noelle highly enough.

“I’m middle aged, caught between supporting elderly ailing relatives, children and grandchildren, whilst trying to earn money and take care of my own home and affairs. I also have complex health issues and the dreaded menopause.

Comfort eating became a crutch, the sofa and bed so comfortable  and too tempting. The vicious circle inevitably ensued and with my escalating weight and decreasing fitness  I completely lost my self esteem. I lost my confidence,  my self worth , my desire to socialise, my identity and sense of self, my physical strength and stamina. Everyday ordinary things had become a mammoth task, such as going back upstairs to fetch something I’d forgotten was a serious pain in the proverbial.

I’ve tried gyms, diets (too many to tell you about). I’ve never fitted in. I always felt peripheral.  I am afraid of injury.  I hate sweating, I hate pain, I hate feeling breathless. I hate feeling self-conscious.

There is however a niggling feeling that my life is passing me by and I need to feel that I still have something left inside of me to give, to laugh, to dance, to be playful, to be unafraid, to have new experiences, to plan to look forward, to not feel that I was being looked at and secretly belittled for ‘letting myself go’!

Today that has begun to change. I called Noelle two weeks ago in desperation and wanting support. I felt I needed rescuing. I felt immediately better after speaking with her. I felt reassured, no longer alone. I felt that there were others just like me, with their own difficulties and hurdles. Noelle managed in one phone call to strip away all of the rubbish I’d been telling myself for too many years and I began to feel as though there is still time, and that there is hope and possibility.

She simply said “ If not now,  then when?”

I attended a taster session. I was beyond terrified. Desperately self-conscious. I wanted to turn around and go home soooo badly. I didn’t.  One person said hi, then another. Then someone asked if it was my first time, then Noelle came over. She reassured me told me to take my time and to go at my own pace.

I took part for the hour at Feeling Fabulous Club. I was bushed.  More members came to chat, two asked me to join them for coffee afterwards. I felt already as though I was part of the group. The following morning was pretty painful. I had used muscles that had been lying dormant for 15years.

I am struggling; I can’t pretend that it’s easy. However there is a great group of brave and wonderful women telling me that it gets easier. Women, who like me, lacked confidence and have health difficulties, secretly cheering me on. Women older than me who say they were where I am now, but they look so fit and above all else happy and glowing. The difference this time, is that they and Noelle, have me beginning to believe that I still have time to make a real difference for myself, and not because I want to look like a model but because I want more energy, I want more strength, I want to go upstairs a second time without thinking about it, I want to make plans, I want to say yes to a bike ride and no longer be afraid or self conscious.

I want to not care that I am beetroot red in the face due to effort with sweat dribbling into every nook and cranny and be happy to glow in its glory.

I already feel like I have a little spring in my step and I have the beginnings of new friendships for sure.

As Noelle says – ‘ getting the sparkle back’.     Life ….Here I Come!”

The beginning of my journey.

I have been hearing about Noelle s Feeling Fabulous Club for the last few years. Reading about all the wonderful results her clients are getting with keeping fit, losing weight and generally making you feel confident and good. I have been putting obstacles in my way always making excuses of why I couldn’t join.

At last I have seen sense and I have joined.  I have been retired for a few years so this great club is not just for the fit and young, I was worried that I could not do the exercise  but I needn’t of worried as Noelle will adapt them to suit your needs.

I have knee injuries and also shoulder problems which I am awaiting an operation but I haven’t let these problems stop me.
This will be my third week and I have already lost a few pounds and I feel more alert, not so tired and enjoy Noelle’s recipes from her cookbook.

I would urge anyone please don’t put obstacles in your way as I did and join today.

Not just inches and weight loss (1 st 10 lb so far!) but such changes in her personality too. She is happier, has more energy and seems so much younger and brighter and she admits that she feels like a different person!  She has recently bought a pair of skinny jeans which she never thought she’d do in a million years, she always wore less fitting ones!  Also, she gets up the steep hill in the town where she works like it’s no problem…this was a big thing for her as she always used to struggle walking up there. When we first began she would struggle to get up her stairs 4 times…now she does it 10 times easily with max effort on each one.  Finally, she is thrilled that she can now do full sit-ups. At first she couldn’t do one – and now a full minute with a 6kg KB too!!I am thrilled with what’s she has achieved…she has been a fabulous client to work and even with a few health setbacks she has always come back with determination and effort…she truly has been a star!!

I had a goal.  In fact I always have had “that goal” but unfortunately, I never accomplished it……. until I joined Feeling Fabulous Club with Noelle Watson in Trefnant.   For years I’ve struggled with weight loss and negative body confidence.  I was getting married  and so I was determined to reach my goal.  Along with the support from Noelle, her great team of trainers and from all the lovely ladies at Club, in February 2014 I smashed it and have wedding photos that I’m proud of.
I remained at Club for the next 18 months and am pleased to say that I’ve never been as fit and healthy as I am now.  Feeling Fabulous Club works. I would recommend feeling Fabulous Club to anyone who has a  weight-loss goal or wants to improve body confidence, feel good, improve fitness and well-being, is looking to meet like-minded people and get fit along the way but most importantly to have fun doing it.Noelle is a great fitness trainer who always gets the best out of you.  She’s always on hand to offer her support and expertise.  I’m positive I wouldn’t be in this condition without her.

Initially I was overweight, I felt sluggish and my clothes felt tight. I knew that the only solution for me was to contact you, and that was the hardest. It is like accepting that you need help to accomplish something which really you should be able to do on your own!  Now I’m with Feeling Fabulous Club I am much more confident in myself and more aware of the consequences of my decisions regarding my food intake and my exercises. Things aren’t as easy as one might think because one can easily slip back to old habits! I remind myself of my goals regularly – keeping fit is essential for my health, controlling my weight means that I can wear all my clothes including my new wardrobe! Ignoring what my husband eats is a must as he has a very sweet tooth.  Simple health and motivation tips from Noelle really help e.g. I run or trot up the stairs. I’ve cooked more soups recently than I used to and I walk as regularly as possible in addition to the three morning sessions a week. Things are good.My best fitness result at Feeling Fabulous Club has to be my metabolic age. This tells me I’m 20 something. You keep insisting that your scales tell the truth!! At Feeling Fabulous Club something different is offered every session. I come away from every class. Noelle, Sonia and every member of the Noelle Watson Fitness team encourage the best from us – and the friendly non-competitive atmosphere of all clients goes a long way.I have to say that I enjoy being a member of the Feeling Fabulous Club – that’s why I’ve paid my next six month membership fee.

Maria asked for our help because she  was fed up of being unfit. She wasn’t overweight, but always shied away from exercise as she thought that she was doing it ’wrong’.  She felt embarrassed about her lack of fitness, and having young children, she wanted I want to be a healthy and active mum who can keep up with her kids! She improved her fitness massively, surprising herself constantly.  She also lost a half stone (from her already petite frame) and a total of over 12 inches.

She said “Contacting Noelle was a huge step for me- to admit that you need help takes some courage!! However, the initial consultation questions Noelle asked me forced me to really look at myself and my lifestyle and I realised that things needed to change but that I would need guidance in doing so. My first conversation with Noelle was a very positive experience; she understood exactly what my issues were and convinced me that I would and could achieve my goals with her guidance .  Having finished my training package with Stella, I now feel fitter than ever! I feel comfortable in my clothes knowing that I have lost fat in exchange for muscle. The motivational and mindset emails were always what I needed to hear and almost at times felt that Noelle could read my mind!! However, there is never any judgement; just a contagious confidence that the regime is going to work and that things will change for the better .  My biggest challenge now is to continue with my fitness journey- not so easy without the lovely Stella and Noelle, which just proves how much of an inspiration the team are. For years I have attended gyms and classes and felt really stupid as I have found the exercises too complicated, struggled and ended up leaving as it was such a negative experience. It is only since I started Personal Training at my home with Noelle,  and attending the Feeling Fabulous Club in Trefnant, that I have realised that it was as a result of exercises that did not match my ability. Noelle is so good at providing different levels for us all, and instilling the confidence so that we all achieve. It’s been such a positive experience and I never imagined I would ever be saying that about exercise !!!!

I’ve just come to the end of my four month session at Feeling Fabulous Club in Trefnant. As always I feel fitter if not actually weigh loads less – but for me it’s always really been about improving my fitness rather than losing weight.  Having a chronic, if stable, medical condition means I’m always battling with the side effects of essential drugs. The advantage of Noelle Watson’s weight loss and motivation club is that I’m not alone. Others are in a similar position and we’re able to keep each other going. I don’t enjoy the gym on my own – it’s boring and lonely,  while class is hard work but fun. There’s always an alternative activity/ movement if you’re not on top form and harder exercises if you are, so it suits everyone. The variety makes it fun too. You never know what to expect in the morning.

I really enjoyed the Flat Stomach Plan Workshop. Its really good to have the exercises explained before undertaking them, it’s so much easier to put into action after seeing them explained. The food plan is useful to refer to refresh the memory.  With my health problems I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do the exercises but having the alternatives explained made me realize I could do them.
