This was a big step for me, taking me right out of my comfort zone – admitting to someone else that I had a weight and fitness problem and that I needed help from a personal trainer was a big hurdle. I still remember how nervous I felt before my first appointment with Noelle. At 43 three years of age in 2008 I telephoned Noelle Watson to ask for help. I was petrified! I had always been able to self motivate in all aspects of my life, and now needed an external motivator. Noelle was empathetic, supportive and realistic. She was just what was needed to get my fitness levels better.

I have lost a stone in weight, have regular comments on how good I look, and feel fantastic. I don’t beat myself up about birthday parties or the odd splurge, because I know how to get back ‘on track’. I would recommend Noelle to anyone who was looking for a personal trainer. During 2011 I became involved in Divorce proceedings and decided that I needed to re-assess my life as a whole. I had put on weight and was struggling to wear a lot of my clothes. She stuck by me through some very difficult weeks in my life, was a tower of strength and highly motivational. By the end of the year, I had lost just under a stone in weight and had also lost three and a half inches off my waist.

I am delighted with my progress – I’m seeing definite improvements in my aerobic capacity – not huffing and puffing anywhere near as much as I was, and I’m feeling consistently more energised and upbeat too. I think it’s all about moving and stretching muscles that haven’t seen much action for a while!

I was really pleased to shed some weight in the first couple of weeks and I hope I’m back on track this week. I was disappointed not to have lost more last week and I’m now trying to be more aware and to compensate with a smaller meal if I’ve had a big dinner etc. – having not paid much attention to this in the past it’s all good learning. NUTRITION COMPLETE – the Online Food Planner I haven’t used anything like this before I was impressed with it. At first I thought the meal selection was limited but once you expand the options available you have a much better choice of meals to suit every taste and I dont think you could get bored with the options available like you can with some other diets. I also thought the actual meal planner was good.

The site is easy to use and you can also tailor it to how much weight you want to lose and it also allows you to input your weight on a regular basis.

I have found Noelle’s Feeling Fabulous Club in Trefnant very helpful. I have followed your advice and stopped drinking beer in the week and its made a huge difference to my tummy already. Foodwise, I just don’t eat crisps or a chocolate biscuits in between my meals. I can enjoy a long walk with my dog and enjoy it. I can see a huge difference in my legs as the fat is slowly turning into muscle. My mind tells me not to do things I shouldn’t. Noelle I really know your stuff definitely works for me.

Feeling Fabulous Club:

Joining a regular exercise session like the Feeling Fabulous Club in Trefnant with other like-minded people is the best way to get fit, lose weight and tone up. The first time you lose even a small amount of weight is such a boost to confidence it spurs you on to keep up with the daily home programme set and to look forward to classes. I can feel that I am able to do more each week as stamina and strength increases.
